Gene Applebaum swore in to office the newly elected and re-elected officers eboard members and shop stewards to their respected three year terms this past month.  Mr Applebaum is a 50+ year member of our Local and his father was one of our founding members.  Our Union Hall is named after his father.

Parade Starts at 9:00 a.m......Starting position this year is 13 (About in the Middle).  Theme this year is "Turn Around America". We will be putting our floats together at Olive and 20th streets. We will be there at 8:00a.m. for those willing to help us put this together. Contact the Hall for any other assistance you may be able to give us. This is a day to give back and show your pride. We will all meet at the end of parade on the corner of 14th and Pine streets in the northeast corner of the park for refreshments and commaraderie. There will be T-shirts for the members who participate. This is a perfect way to get out and socialize with your fellow Gas Workers current and retired.
